این دوره ی آموزشی در دسته ی دوره های آموزشی تخصصی کمپانی فورتی نت قرار دارد که به عنوان دوره های Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP) معرفی می شود.
برای دریافت مدارک دوره ی آموزشی FCP Security Operations سرفصل اصلی وجود ندارد، لذا می بایست حتما دو سرفصل انتخابی سپری شود.
